how we get active
We hold regular vigils to witness chickens on their way to slaughter and have outreach rallies and leafleting events in the Melbourne CBD (See our 'Misery For A Meal' campaign below). If you're new to activism you can come along and spectate, hold a sign, or shadow those outreaching to the public. Events are posted regularly on Facebook. Like our page and request to join our group. It is a prerequisite for joining our facebook activist group that all members have already made the transition to veganism.

MFAM CAMPAIGN
The Misery For A Meal (MFAM) campaign aims at introducing viewers to the faces and feelings of the animals we use for food and invites passers-by to consider the circumstances of the victims of the animal industry while seeing them for who they are: sentient beings who value their lives. We present video footage as well as compelling visual posters and quotes to the public to help them make the connection to the individuals and their food.
